What we collect

If you submit the contact form or the newsletter form, we store the email address you gave us, which form you used, and when. That’s the whole record. We use it to get back to you, or to send you the letter you asked for, and for nothing else. We never sell it or share it with anyone.

What we don’t

Nothing runs in your browser to count you. The only visitor numbers we see come from our hosting provider’s server logs, described below. If you never submit a form, we hold nothing on you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It keeps one thing in your browser’s local storage: when you close the cookie notice in the corner of the page, a note that you did, so it does not come back on your next visit. It holds no identifier and is never sent anywhere. No analytics script, no advertising, no third-party trackers.

Whose book it is

Yours. The files you send for a read are stored on Cloudflare. PDFs are read through Anthropic’s commercial API, which does not train on them; spreadsheets and accounting exports are read by our own scripts and never leave Cloudflare. Nobody but Eyoel sees them. The raw data is never touched; every finding points back to the row it came from.

We keep your files while the borrower is under examination and for 90 days after, so you can export them, then delete them. Tell us to delete earlier and it’s done. Nothing from your book is reused unless you say so in the agreement, and then only the outcome of a question, never a record, an amount or a name.

Where it lives

The site and its form submissions are hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
